3.8.2UV Injection - printing & textures
UV material injection for printing on finished products with perfect finish, vibrant high-quality colors and high durability. Also enables complex textures up to 5mm height - ideal for branding, 3D effects and premium design.
Laser Cutting - micron accuracy
CO2 and Fiber laser cutting at ±0.05 mm precision on various materials: plastic, wood, leather, PET films, rubber and more. No clamping needed - delicate and complex cuts with ease.
Laser Engraving - marking & design
Laser engraving for part numbers, barcodes, logos and designs on plastic, metal, wood and leather. Resistant to abrasion, water and chemicals.
Shape Cutting - stickers & shapes
Digital shape cutting (Die-Cutting / Kiss-Cutting) for stickers, decals and labels in any shape. Suitable for vinyl, PET films, paper and double-sided adhesive tapes - small-to-medium series with no dedicated die required.

Series of 500 premium products for a cosmetics client: direct UV printing on the packaging with a matte-finish logo and an embossed 2mm texture for a high-end feel. Combined with brand-shaped Kiss-Cut stickers on metallic vinyl. Items passed QC, were packed and reached the client in time for product launch.

3.8.5Which products can be UV-printed?
Almost any rigid surface - plastic, metal, glass, wood, leather, acrylic and more. The print stays durable, gives vibrant colors and a premium finish, and you can also add layers up to 5mm tall for 3D effects and textures.
Which materials can be laser cut?
CO2 handles most organic materials: wood, leather, paper, plastic, acrylic, PET. Fiber is suitable for metals and technical plastics. We'll advise on the right technology for your material.
Is laser engraving durable over time?
Yes - laser engraving changes the material layer itself, with no ink or coating. It is resistant to abrasion, water, oils and most chemicals. Not suitable for materials that change color when heated.
What's the difference between Die-Cut and Kiss-Cut stickers?
Die-Cut cuts all the way through both the vinyl and the backing - you get a single sticker in shape. Kiss-Cut only cuts the vinyl layer and leaves the backing intact - ideal for sticker sheets that peel easily.
