Finished IoT device - 80 units ship-ready

Series of 80 environmental monitoring IoT devices: painted MJF enclosure, 6 heat-set inserts, PCB, Li-ion battery, antenna and three sensors. We designed an assembly jig, sourced the full BOM, assembled, wired, tested and handed off units the customer powers on and uses - no production line of their own.

What's the minimum quantity?

No hard minimum - we assemble from a single demo unit up to runs of several hundred. Above a few dozen units a dedicated jig usually pays off.

Do you procure the off-the-shelf components?

Yes - we manage the full BOM, including sourcing from approved vendors, inventory and incoming inspection. You can also supply your own components.

What level of electrical testing do you do?

Basic functional tests - continuity, voltage, component operation. Formal certification testing (EMC, IP, FCC) is coordinated with external labs.

Do you work under ITAR / defense contracts?

Yes - we work with defense, medical and aerospace customers. Full batch documentation, serialization, material traceability and NDA coverage.
