It sums up how well the design meets the requirements of repeatable production. A low score is not a rejection - it is a map of what to close.
Do you check assemblies, or only a single part?
Both. If there is an assembly, we check the fits between the parts and the assembly order as well.
How is this different from an engineering review?
The score is a focused, fast check before an investment decision. An engineering review is the broader and deeper survey.
Can we be re-checked after we fix things?
Yes, and a repeat check after corrections is a good way to confirm you really closed what was flagged.
